Complete Home Health Services provides all the home health care needs that you or your family will need.

Check the lists below to see the services we currently provide and those that we plan to add soon:

  • PCA/Home Health Aide/Homemaker — will provide care to the clients by following a care plan set by the Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Nutritional Counseling, Diabetes Education, Asthma Education — these and other patient education topics will be added and dealt with under the collaboration of the family physician and Nurse Manager of Complete Home Health Services.
  • Home Assessment — this will be provided by the Nurse Manager to all clients prior to their enrollment by the company. This will permit us to provide care that will cater specifically to the individual client.
  • Skilled Nursing Care — The care given by the nurses will involve tasks such as administering IV drugs, wound-ostomy care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.
  • Companion/Respite Care — The company will provide caregivers who could relieve someone who is already caring for a family member.
  • Client Satisfaction Assessment — CHHS will offer periodic surveys to each client/family for feedback on their experience with our services.

The following services will be added in due course:

  • Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy — these services will be provided by independent contractors arranged by the company.
  • Family Support Services — the services of licensed social workers will be used under the direction of the company psychologist.
  • Complimentary Medicine, massage therapy & acupuncture — these services will be provided by a practitioner with an emphasis on health enhancement.
  • House Calls — a network of physicians, physician assistants and/or nurse practitioners will be assigned to do urgent care-type house calls to solve minor problems on site and then inform their primary clinics for a ‘follow up’. If the condition is serious, the client will be sent to the emergency room.
  • Group Homes — homes for the physically and mentally challenged individuals will be set up.
  • Elder Day Care — loved ones can be dropped off and picked up as needed. Hourly, daily or long-term placements will be available.
